The company FROST LOGISTICS, spol. s r.o. is the direct successor of Bus Servis H&S, s.r.o., limited liability company, incorporated in 1999. The company has been active on the market under the present name since 17 May 2006. The founders and the present owners of the company are Mr. Zdeněk Hájek and Mr. Robert Svědík.

Principal business activities of the company include:

• Inland road freight transport
• International road freight transport
• Goods storage and handling
• Shipment
• Operation of filling stations
• Technical service in transport
